Since the inception of Refuge Embassy in 2008, Pastor Dixon has been committed to leading and developing a remnant of ambassadors for Jesus Christ; and, per his infinite passion for evangelism, you'll likely find him preaching the message of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, at any given time!
